Our Year in Review — and New Year’s Cards by The Gathering Artists, 2025

In 2025, the world around us kept changing — and we changed with it. Our team reconfigured; we closed our Moscow showroom; we opened exhibitions in different cities across Russia. In the magazine, we released a major special project on “invisible” cultural professions; launched two new sections — “reportage” and “dialogue”; wrote about artists’ studios from Ivanovo and Kazan to London and Bali; and told the stories of project teams from Naberezhnye Chelny to Almaty. In total, we published more than 150 pieces over the year. Thank you for reading and supporting us throughout 2025. We’re heading into the winter break to come back with renewed energy and new projects.

We’re also continuing our tradition and once again releasing New Year’s cards by The Gathering artists — you can print them out and give them to your loved ones.
